Payment Terms: Prior to making payment all sections of the booking form are to be completed. Once the booking has been confirmed it becomes non-refundable. Any refunds given are at the discretion of NWBT management team. Where the college has already incurred costs on the students behalf, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. NWBT shall use its best endeavours to deliver training programmes as scheduled. When it is necessary in extreme circumstances for NWBT to re-schedule the training, the client shall be entitled to a full refund should alternative arrangements not be agreed.
Methods of payment
Cash – Pay in person at NWBT or Burnley College.
Invoice – A Purchase Order is required and the invoice is payable within 30 days.
Cheque – Cheques are payable to Burnley College.

Instalments –Where a student chooses to pay in instalments, it is the responsibility of the student to keep the payment card details up to date. If a payment is unable to be collected, you must contact NWBT to make immediate payment. In the event that the student fails to fulfil the terms of payment as agreed, NWBT has the right to exclude the student from attending classes and will not permitted to attend any examinations until the outstanding fees are paid and may affect any future booking with NWBT and the College. Where a student chooses to pay in instalments this does not reduce the liability to pay all fees in full even in the event of a cancellation on the delegates behalf. Confirmation of booking and joining instructions will be forwarded to client on receipt of the above. Registration details of delegates will be input onto NWBT at Burnley College’s Management Information System and may disseminate this information subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Individuals are entitled to a copy of any personal data held by the College, for which a fee will be charged to cover, administrative costs, prior to release of any such information. The College reserves the right to refuse admission to previously excluded students or any student/organisation with outstanding debt to Burnley College or NWBT. General From time to time you will be asked to tell us personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address etc) in order to become a student or a client, to use College systems and services and so on.
