  • Highly experienced in electrical and renewable sectors
  • Consultant for many awarding bodies including City and Guilds and EAL
  • Sat on various IET committees
  • Dedicated to ensuring his skills and training meet the Government Net Zero standard
  • Curriculum manager for Construction and Engineering at Burnley College

Louise Turnbull

  • Over 8 years of teaching and training experience
  • Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
  • Achieved status as Mental Health First Aid Instructor and completes annual refresher training ensuring her knowledge and skills are up to date, and that the content she’s delivering is up to date and standard
  • Regularly attends networking meetings to communicate with other instructors about effective training techniques and methods – and enhance her own knowledge and skills

Catherine Dallas

Matt Morris

  • 25 years’ industry experience operating Mazak machines
  • Started career as apprentice and has worked across all aspects of manufacturing
  • Experienced in 3, 4 and 5 axis machines
  • Trainer Assessor for Themis Apprentices

Mick Johnston

  • 40 years of industry experience in electrical installation, 15 of these years he owned his own business
  • Qualified and experienced teacher and trainer in all aspects of the sector – including level 3 apprenticeships. commercial inspection and testing, 18th edition wiring regulations, PAT Testing and renewable energies such as solar and PV
  • Leads on electrical Themis Apprenticeships at Burnley College

Nick Wildman

  • Over 11 years industry experience
  • 8 years of qualified experience in the Plumbing, Heating and Gas industry
  • Experienced in the maintenance and repair of plumbing heating systems

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating

Duncan Wilson

  • Award winning Trainer with over 20 years industry experience

  • City and Guilds level 2 NVQ Damp Proofing and Timber Treatment
